Krill oil is an omega-3-rich oil derived from Antarctic krill.

Krill belongs to the plankton family and consists of a variety of shrimp-like creatures.

EPA and DHA contribute to the normal functioning of the heart in a daily serving of 250 mg,

DHA also helps the brain function and the vision keep healthy at a daily dose of 250 mg.

The fatty acids (EPA & DHA) from omega-3 oil are built into the triglycerides where those from krill oil are built into the phospholipids. Some sources mention that when the fatty acids are built into phospholipids they are more easily incorporated be by the body.

Usage: 2 x 1 caps per day with food or as directed. For symptoms of PMS: first 2 months 4 x day, after this period only 8 days before and 8 days after menstruation 4 x day.
